Build Team
Have you built things in the past and now miss the camaraderie of creating something as a team? Do you possess carpentry skills and know the etiquette and safety rules for power tools? Can you work independently (with minimal supervision) as required? The BUILD TEAM might be a great fit for you!
Front of House
Do you love meeting new people? Our front-of-house volunteers help check people in, usher them to their seats, or offer concessions. With an average of 20 shows per production, there's always room for smiling faces!
Props
Are you crafty? Do you love figuring out new and creative ways to make things look real from a distance? Have you ever made something that looks good enough to eat even though it’s completely inedible? Do you love shopping for the absolutely perfect item? This is the group for you!
Costumes
Are you handy with a sewing machine or a needle and thread? Can you create a hem or add closures such as snaps or velcro to an item? Are you familiar with tailoring or altering a garment? Often we work with pieces of clothing that are not quite right, and minor adjustments must be made across all eras and styles of clothing. Proper costuming makes the show feel real - and this team is looking for a few talented volunteers to help our actors look amazing!
Landscaping Team
Do you love the feel of dirt? Do you consider weeds to be a menace to a well-tended property? Would you love the opportunity to work alongside our master horticulturist keeping our selection of all native plants on our Art Theater Commons campus looking healthy and fresh is the work of our landscaping team!
